PM Spajić expresses condolences on the sudden death of Matija Šarkić

With great sadness, I received the news of Matija Šarkić's passing. Just ten days ago, we admired his saves in Brussels and dreamed of great successes in the future with Matija as our goalkeeper. My condolences to his family, the football world is in shock, as is the whole of Montenegro, Prime Minister Milojko Spajić posted on X.

Sa velikom tugom sam primio vijest o smrti Matije Šarkića. Prije deset dana smo se divili njegovim odbranama u Briselu i sanjali velike uspjehe u budućnosti sa Matijom na golu. Saučešće porodici, fudbalski svijet je u šoku, kao i čitava Crna Gora! pic.twitter.com/BOPdpwaxna
