The Montenegrin Cabinet, at its 36th session held on 30 August 2021, chaired by Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić, adopted the Proposal for repealing the Conclusion of the Government of Montenegro no. 04-3853/2 of 26 August 2021, which states that the Decree on amendments to the Decree on the minimum amount of professional liability insurance in the field of construction of facilities has been adopted. In the meantime, due to the new circumstances, there was a need for additional analysis and amendment of the proposed solutions contained in the Decree, so it was decided to repeal the Conclusion.
At the proposal of the Council for reviewing the epidemiological situation due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 and its impact on Montenegrin economy, and at the recommendation of the Institute of Public Health, the Cabinet adopted the Information on proposed measures to fight COVID-19.
Having in mind the epidemiological situation, both nationally and globally, the Cabinet assessed that the epidemiological measures must be strengthened, which includes intensifying communication activities, introducing certain restrictions and strengthening the activities of all competent bodies and institutions in charge of supervision. On that occasion, the Cabinet instructed the competent authorities to propose a set of concrete measures that would enter into force on 10 September.
The Cabinet adopted the Information on the use of business premises in the "old Government building" in Podgorica. Taking into account the needs of the state to use the premises in this building, which is registered in the real estate listing as state property, and which is at the Government's disposal, the Cabinet decided that the parties Democratic Party of Socialists, Social Democratic Party and Social Democrats of Montenegro, which used this premises without compensation, should move out. In accordance with the Law on Financing of Political Entities and Election Campaigns, which defines that business premises for regular work of political entities are provided by the body in charge of property affairs, the Cadastre and State Property Administration is in charge of concluding contracts for the lease of business premises with these parties for the needs of their regular work.
