Press release on Cabinet's decisions made on 11 and 12 March without holding session

At the session held on 18 March 2021, the Montenegrin Cabinet adopted the minutes on the decisions made, based on Article 10 of the Decree on the Government of Montenegro, on 11 and 12 March 2021 without holding a session.

In accordance with the organizational changes in the state administration, on 11 March 2021, the Cabinet passed several decisions on personnel issues within its competence.

On 12 March 2021, the Cabinet adopted the Revised Guidelines for Macroeconomic and Fiscal Policy for the period 2021-2023. On that occasion, all first-level spending units are obliged, with subordinate spending units, and based on the revised spending limits, to submit requests for budget allocations for 2021 to the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare through the information system for budget planning no later than 17 March 2021.

The Cabinet passed the Decision on appointing the Acting Director of the Cadastre and State Property Administration, until the appointment of the director of this administration in accordance with the law, and for a maximum of six months.
