Public Administration Reform Council holds its third session
The Public Administration Reform Council held its third session today, chaired by Minister of Public Administration Marash Dukaj. The Council discussed the Draft Law on Government and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Free Access to Information. The Council adopted a conclusion obliging the Ministry of Public Administration to submit the Draft Law on Government to the European Commission for its opinion.
Furthermore, the results of the work of the Ministry of Public Administration on the creation of a Roadmap for quality management in public administration were presented at today's session. The Roadmap is one of the prerequisites for better access to EU funds.
The Council also discussed personnel planning and professional training through the personnel information system. The creation of the Personnel Plan through the Central Personnel Records will enable better quality monitoring of the implementation of the Personnel Plan.
