Roundtable on Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime

The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights are organising a roundtable on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime on Thursday, 18 November.

Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović and Minister of the Interior and Coordinator of the Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights Sergej Sekulović will deliver opening remarks.

The roundtable will be held in the old Government building, starting at 11:00.

The Public Relations Service of the Government of Montenegro will provide the media with photos and videos.

Journalists, photojournalists and cameramen can enter the old Government building by using the annual accreditation card, along with an ID document.

In order to attend the event, it is necessary to provide one of proofs from the National digital COVID certificate:

1. Completely vaccinated with the prescribed number of dosages against the novel coronavirus, issued by a registered health care institution;

2. Negative PCR test on SARS-Cov-2 not older than 72 hours;

3. Positive PCR or a rapid antigen test on the novel coronavirus (older than 10 days, but not older than 180 days since the date of issuing the test's result);

4. Negative antigen rapid test-BAT, on the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) not older than 48 hours.
