Prime Minister Milojko Spajić posted on X that the Constitutional Court is fully operational, as demonstrated by the sessions held over the past two days.
Yesterday, the Constitutional Court convened for its 31st session, followed by the 12th session of the Constitutional Court's Detention Council today. These meetings clearly show that the institution is not in a state of paralysis.
“The Constitutional Court is FULLY OPERATIONAL!” wrote Prime Minister Spajić, adding:
Where are those FALSE CLAIMS now that someone's legitimate retirement has incapacitated the Constitutional Court due to the elections? Retirement is not a terrible thing - it’s guaranteed to be painless and awaits us all.
