Prime Minister Milojko Spajić announced today that he will request the Constitutional Court’s opinion regarding the termination of a judge’s mandate.
To resolve all uncertainties, an institutional response is needed. We call on the Constitutional Court to provide its opinion on the termination of the judge’s mandate, the Prime Minister stated in a post on the social media platform “X.”
Spajić emphasized that, given the opposition’s refusal to engage in discussions, his office will request additional dates from the Office of the President of Montenegro to schedule a meeting.
Civilized dialogue and an inclusive approach have no alternative, the Prime Minister affirmed in his statement.
