The 27th Cabinet session – 10 November 2022
The Montenegrin Cabinet, at today's 27th session chaired by Prime Minister Dritan Abazović, adopted the Information on long-term borrowing with the aim of securing part of the missing funds for financing the budget for 2022 and creating a fiscal reserve.
The Cabinet adopted the Draft Law on the market organisation in fishery and aquaculture products. It was pointed out that the adoption of the Law is necessary for the purpose of harmonising it with the EU acquis in order to implement support programmes for the fisheries sector with the division of responsibilities and the establishment of procedures as defined by EU regulations.
The Cabinet adopted the Draft law on the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the construction of an interstate bridge over the Tara River at the junction of the M3 highway at Šćepan polje (Montenegro) and the M-18 highway at Hum (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and connecting border sections. The Agreement was signed in Kranj on 5 July 2021.
The Cabinet adopted the Decree on the amendment of the Decree on additives that can be used in food. Adoption of this decree stems from the need to implement the Law on Food Safety and achieve full compliance with the EU acquis.
The Cabinet adopted the Decision on the formation of the Permanent Coordinating Body for the preparation of the National Risk Assessment of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.
The National Plan for Protection and Rescue in Case of a Nuclear and Radiological Accident was adopted.
