The Prime Minister of Japan congratulated Spajić: I am sincerely happy that you have been elected as the Prime Minister of Montenegro

I am sincerely happy that you, who had the opportunity to study in Japan as a scholarship recipient of the Government of Japan, and who have mastered the Japanese language perfectly, were elected as the Prime Minister of Montenegro. I am ready to actively cooperate with you in order to further develop friendly relations between our countries, it is stated in the letter of the Prime Minister of Japan, Fumio Kishida, which he sent to the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić, on the occasion of the formation of the 44th Government.

In his congratulatory message, the Prime Minister of Japan expressed his belief that the path of the countries of the Western Balkans towards integration into the European Union is the key to achieving stability and development, and pointed out that through the "Western Balkans Cooperation Initiative" Japan supports the economic and social reforms of Montenegro and other countries in the region.
