According to the document, INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS, Point 13, Additional information before the deadline for submission of tenders we sent you the questions of the tenderers, and answer  to the  tenderers from the Ministry of Health of Montenegro. Last date on which clarifications are issued by the Contracting Authority is 17^th January 2016.

Item No 1 - ECG Monitor

Item No 2 - Defibrillator

Please, clarify the following: As its m.a. Your technical requirement is divided into 8 ITEMS.

It’s confusing for Items 1 and 2, because we are not certain is it one device, or two? Do we

need to offer Defibrillator and Monitor, or just Defibrillator with monitoring functions as

required for Item No 1?

In accordance with your questions related to the Invitation to tender for:  “Supply of the medical equipment for the  Airport Podgorica", ref No 002T/15: we would inform you that:

The Medical device that is required in accordance with the technical specifications defined in the tender documents, must meet technical specifications listed in the items ANNEX II + III: Technical Specifications + technical offer. All offer of the bidders  for the medical equipment which meet the mentioned specified  items of the technical specifications and technical offer for medical devices will be ranked in accordance with the set of conditions from the tender document ”Supply of the medical equipment for the Airport Podgorica”  reference number 002T / 15, published on 17th  December 2015.
