Import and use of drones in Montenegro

To import and use an unmanned aerial vehicle, it is necessary to have a permit.

In order to issue a permit, it is necessary to contact the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism.

- Photocopy of passport - Technical specification of the unmanned aerial vehicle - Proof of payment of administrative fees (account number 832-3161232-94) (Detailed information on payment is on the other side of the request for foreign trade)

The application form for foreign trade is attached.

The statement of agreement with the provisions of the Rulebook for the use of unmanned aircraft systems and aircraft models ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 11/16) can be downloaded from the official website of the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro.
