Villa Topliš

Topliš is a very attractive villa for which has long been considered to belong to the royal crown of England, was built in 1938. On the exit of Milocer Park, to St. Stefan, along the way, behind high fences from beautifully carved stone, looms the villa.
Paštrovići are simply call it Villa "Topliš" and it is so named in various correspondences. The house is entirely made of stone with a large ground. Official data says that the villa "Topliš" of 289 square meters and 1,076 square meters of surrounding land. In addition to a large room on the ground floor intended for living room, dining room, kitchen and some additional space, upstairs are three bedrooms. It's spacious, dominated by stone, marble and wood. The villa was nationalized after World War II. The object has three floors. Descending part is a duplex with a staircase that connects the two floors in a single unit.
The villa is for representational purposes and protocol, maintenance of official meetings, talks with delegations from the country and abroad, maintenance of the jubilee celebrations, awarding state awards, the award of medals and other awards, ceremonial and other reception.
