Villa Gorica

According to Article 28 attitude 1 item 2 Law on State Property (Official Gazette of Montenegro No 21/09) and the Regulation on conditions and manner of use of objects for representation purposes owned by Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro number 31/09) Property Administration is responsible to manage and makes use of a representative object Villa Gorica.

Villa Gorica was built beginning in the early fifties and is named after the hill on which it is located. Three-story buildings with a total area of ​​1850m2 were done in the style of early modern architecture as the villa for residential life and work of the President.

Villa Gorica is a object that is used for representative purposes and protocol, maintenance of official meetings, talks with delegations from the country and abroad, maintaining ceremony on the occasion jubilee, delivery of state awards, the award of medals and other awards, ceremonial and other reception.
