Organized a seminar on theme: Financial Investigations and Assest Confiscation – experiences of the Slovak Republic

10. october 2013. in hotel “City”, in Podgorica, Judical Training Center of Montenegro in cooperation with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OEBS) – Mission to Montenegro and Human Resources Administration of Montenegro, organized a seminar on theme: Financial Investigations and Assest Confiscation – experiences of the Slovak Republic.

Bearing in mind that through the activities carried out in past period and the relevant theme, Montenegrin judges and prosecutors had the opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues from Italy, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, USA, UK, etc. The aim of this seminar is primarily to exchange experiences and promote discussion of disputable issues in practice.

The lecturers were experts from the Slovak Republic, Mr. Juraj Novocki, Special Prosecutor for Organized Crime and Mrs. Eva Kurrayova, Deputy Director of the National Agency for the Fight against Organised Crime/ Department Financial Police, as well as local experts, Mrs. Lidija Vukčević, Deputy Special Prosecutor for Organized Crime, Corruption, Terrorism and War Crimes, and Mrs. Jovanka Krunić, Professional Assistant Special Prosecutor for Financial Investigation.

To the seminar besides the organizers and speakers attended thirty one (31) participant: judges, prosecutors, and representatives police Administration, Property Administration and Administration for Anti-Corruption Initiative.
