ANNOUNCEMENT: Roundtable "Opening of the negotiation process under Chapter 23 - Judiciary and fundamental rights - are we ready or not"

Given the current stage of Montenegro is when it comes to the negotiation process under Chapter 23, Centre for Development of NGOs (CRNVO) implemented in partnership with NGOs Center for Anti-discrimination Ekvista from Podgorica Adria from Bar and Bijelo Polje Democratic Centre organize Roundtable "Opening of the negotiation process under Chapter 23 - Judiciary and fundamental rights - are we are ready or not", which will be attended The representative of the property.

The roundtable will be held on 15th November 2013. at hotel “Podgorica” in Podgorica, starting at 10:20 am.

The roundtable will be dedicated to presenting the key findings of the report of the NGO Coalition for the monitoring of the negotiations in the framework of negotiations on Chapter 23. In line with this, a round table will be divided into three panels: Judicial reform - key achievements, challenges and conditions for opening negotiations on the negotiation chapter 23, The fight against corruption-key achievements, challenges and conditions for opening negotiations on the negotiating chapter 23, Human rights and the development and sustainability of civil society-key achievements, challenges and conditions for opening negotiations on the negotiation of Chapter 23.
