Held training on the topic: Managing of seized and confiscated assets - problems and ways of solving

14th and 15th November 2013. at hotel "Maestral" in Budva, Property Administration with the support of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) - Mission to Montenegro, has organized training on: Managing of seized and confiscated assets - problems and ways of solving. The lecturer was Mr. Vladimir Ćeklić, Assistant Director of the seizure and management of the assets Republics of Serbia.

Introductory remarks had Mrs. Ana Bukilić, the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, Mr. Vladimir Ćeklić, Assistant Director of the seizure and management of the assets Republics of Serbia.

On the first day of the seminar topics were covered: Confiscation and management of seized assets - previous experience working in the Republic of Serbia, Confiscation and management of the assets - the advantages and disadvantages of the seizure of the proceeds from crime, The manner of sale and lease of property seized and temporarily seized property encumbered with mortgage.

On the second day of the seminar topic was: The management of seized property companies and the regulation of relations between civil servants in the temporary seizure of Companies.

After educational lectures were followed by specific questions that the trainees Mr. Ćeklić, through discussion, practical examples and case simulations confiscation temporary manager gave legal advice and troubleshooting managing seized and confiscated assets.
