Representatives of the Property Administration participated as a member on Session 3 and the expert seminar Working Group I - Justice and Fundamental Rights which is realized in the continuation of the project National Convention on European Integration of Montenegro.

Session 3 and the expert seminar was organized by the European Movement in Montenegro and Slovakia Foreign Policy Association, with the financial support of the EU Delegation to Montenegro and Slovak Aid and the Government and Parliament of Montenegro, which was held 03. i 04. february 2014. in the building of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism.

Theme of the Session was ,,Legal and strategic framework for NGO activities in the country and the role of civil society in the process of European integration.“

On the first day introductory arguments and presentation topics for the work had Mrs. Svetlana Rajković, Deputy Minister of Justice and Mr. Milorad Markovic (Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro). Ms. Ana Novaković, executive director of the Centre for Development of NGOs, spoke on the topic: ,,Legal and strategic framework for NGO activities in the country and the role of civil society in the process of European integration”(experience of Montenegro). After her, Mr. Marcel Zajlac, from the Center on Philanthropy Slovak spoke about the experience of Slovakia and the EU.

At the end of the day working group adopted the final version of the conclusions and recommendations from Session 3.

Second day Mr. Marcel Zajlac, from the Center on Philanthropy Slovak spoke on the topic: ,,Legal and strategic framework for NGO activities in the country and the role of civil society in the process of European integration” (Slovak experience) after which the participants of the Working Group had the opportunity to share their experiences with an expert.
