Heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan

On the occasion of the Holy month of Ramadan, on behalf of the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights, I would like to submit many heartfelt congratulations to Reis of the Islamic Community of Montenegro, all employees and believers of Islamic community in Montenegro, deeply convinced that fasting the month of Ramadan will bring spiritual peace, love and tolerance.

Being the month of God's grace, Ramadan symbolizes forgiveness, humanity in society and general welfare. Let it be marked by feeling of extreme pleasure, serenity, and let it bring respect among people and strengthen the system of human values, leading outstanding and general progress in our multiconfessional  and multinational community.

I am convinced that, as such, the month of Ramadan will develop an atmosphere of mutual respect, strengthen the spirit of unity and co-existence of different religions and cultures in Montenegro, and that it will be an opportunity to demonstrate the highest values that members of Islamic religion heritage for centuries.
