PM Đukanović meets with UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan in New York

PR ServiceNew York, the USA (21 September 2016) – Prime Minister Milo Đukanović met today with Foreign Minister of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan in New York. The two officials expressed satisfaction with development of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, particularly in the economic field. In this regard, they agreed to pay special attention to the strengthening of contractual basis in the immediate future, in order to create more favourable conditions for the development of joint business.

Minister Bin Zayed expressed Emirates' readiness to assist and represent the interests of Montenegro in Asia and Africa, where Montenegro does not have its diplomatic missions and consular posts.

The two officials also exchanged opinions on the experiences of strengthening stability in the Gulf region and the Western Balkans.
