Announcement:The draft Law on selection, use and public posting of national symbols in Ulcinj, on Monday

The Ministry for Human and Minority Rights in accordance with the Regulation on the procedure and manner of conducting public discussion in preparing laws ( "Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 12/12), launched a public discussion on the text of the draft law selection, use and public post ing of national symbols.

The first round table in the public discussion on the draft law on selection, use and public posting of national symbols will be held on Monday, July 17, in Ulcinj, in the hall of the Municipality, starting at 11am.

Program Public debate:

•  July 10, 2017 (Monday) : publication of an invitation to the Montenegrin public to engage in public debate on the Draft Law on selection, use and public posting of national symbols, on the website of the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights: www.mmp.gov. me and portal e-Administration (Deadline for submission of proposals and suggestions of the 20 days of the publication of this Call);

•  July 11, 2017 (Tuesday) : publication of the Public Invitation in the daily newspaper "Victory", printing sublist with the text of the draft law and distributing the entire circulation of the newspaper;

•  July 17, 2017 (Monday) : the organization of the Round Table in Ulcinj, in the hall of the Municipality, starting at 11am;

• July 19, 2017 (Wednesday) : the organization of the Round Table in Tivat, in the hall of the Municipality, starting at 11.am;

• July 21, 2017 (Friday) :  the organization of the Round Table in Rozaje, in the hall of the Municipality, starting at 11.am;

• July 27, 2017 (Thursday) :  the organization of the Round Table in Tuzi, in the hall of GO Tuzi, starting at 10.am;

• July 28, 2017 (Friday) : the organization of the Round Table in Podgorica, in the plenary hall of the old government building, starting at 10am;

• 04th September 2017  end the public discussion on the draft law.
