Benjamin Perks said that it was a great pleasure to work in Montenegro more than five years since Montenegro has a general social potential for fostering respect and human rights. A lot of work has been done during this period, but Perks pointed out that it is the result of a very good cooperation with the Government of Montenegro, whether it concerns the area of education, the inclusion of Roma children in the system, children without parental care, children with disabilities.
