Elementary School "Bozidar Vukovic Podgoricanin": The Importance of Education and Regular Teaching

Elementary school "Bozidar Vukovic Podgoricanin" hosted a meeting of the Team for monitoring students at risk of early school leaving and Roma education center with parents of the students from Roma and Egyptian populations.
The focus of the meeting was to highlight the importance of education and regular attendance.
Sokolj Beganaj and Ramiz Shahman on behalf of the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights told the participants of the meeting that education is the first major step forward from an unfavorable situation in which the Roma and Egyptian populations have been for too long,
The meeting with the parents of "the Oktoih" elementary school was held next and that more parental meetings of this type in all elementary schools in Podgorica attended by the children of the Roma and Egyptian populations are planned.
