Announcement: Regional conference- Measuring gender equality in the Western Balkans
The conference will target public servants from relevant governmental institutions, representatives of parliamentary committees, ombudsman offices, national statistical offices, and representatives of civil society dealing with gender equality issues in the Western Balkans countries.

The emphasis of this Regional Conference will be on gender equality policies in the Western Balkans, and on measurements of gender equality, with a focus on the Gender Equality Index[1] and its application in policy making. Also, the participants will be acquainted with the main findings of the comparative research on Gender Equality in Public Administration in the Western Balkans.
