The first education for the young people focusing on creating a lider in undertaking responsibilities in further integration of Roma and Egyptian population

Ministry for Human and Minority Rights organized the first education focusing on creating a lider in undertaking responsibilities in further integration of Roma and Egyptian population for the young people from Roma nad Egiptian community, for the last two days, in Budva.

With this kind of programme Ministry for Human and Minority Rights intends to improve the educated Roma and Egyptians to undertake responsibilities for positive changes in their communities.

Following their apeal the theme of the first educational workshop was “Strategic Planning“. During the training participants learned about the importance of the strategic documents in creating public policies in this area, the phases in the process of the strategic planning, the importance of PEST and SWAT analyses, analysing the problems in the community and planning the measures for solving the challenges.

The next educational workshop will be held in July this year.
