The Meeting of Human Resources Management Network on the Topic ‘Role and Importance of the Central Personnel Records (CPR) in the Area of Human Resource Management and Preparation of Human Resources Plans Through CPR – New CPR App’ Held

The meeting of the Human Resources Management Network on the topic ‘Role and importance of the Central Personnel Records (CPR) in the area of human resource management and preparation of human resources plan through CPR – new CPR app’ was held earlier today in the Human Resources Management Authority, HRMA, and attended by representatives of state bodies who are members of the Network.

They underlined the importance of human resources units and the importance of recognizing them through job schemes, in bodies where it’s appropriate, given the size, structure, number of workers and scope of work. In addition, there’s a need to strengthen the capacities in human resources management units regarding personnel planning, strategic planning, training planning and so on.

The meeting presented basics of the Central Personnel Records, being a digital tool in the area of human resources management, pointing out to the need for regular updating of data, as it’s a basis for the preparation of human resources plan and pay calculation. The conclusion of the Government of Montenegro suggests that the Human Resources Management Authority is obliged to prepare the Human Resources Plan through the Central Personnel Records, and enable accurate pay calculations through it in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare.
