Montenegrin delegation to attend meeting of ministers of justice and home affairs in Brussels

The meeting of ministers of justice and home affairs of Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and the Western Balkan countries is scheduled for tomorrow in Brussels.
The Montenegrin delegation is to be headed by Minister of Justice Zeljko Sturanovic. The meeting is an opportunity to evaluate the actions taken over the past several months in order to suppress organized crime, with special reference to the struggle against trafficking in human beings.
In addition, the participants are to discuss the concrete results made in the fight against illegal migration, by upgrading the level of security at border crossings and improving their administration.
Special attention is to be paid to the promotion of regional cooperation in those fields, harmonization of regulations, judicial systems and police reform.
