Berlin:The International Conference on Human Rights on the theme The State of Human Rights in the Western Balkans

The Annual International Conference on Human Rights on the theme The State of Human Rights in the Western Balkans, organized by Academic Foundation Conrad Adenhauer, is held on Thursday 21 October 2004 in Berlin.
The Foundation Conrad Adenhauer made an invitation to Montenegrin Ministry of Justice to take part at this conference, highly appreciating the significance, intensity and successfulness of the reform process that Montenegrin Government and Ministry of Justice are carring out in the area of judiciary, state administration and local autonomy.
Deputy Prime Minister of Justice Branislav Radulovic will take part at the Annual Conference on Human Rights and read a report at the session called The Creation of Legal Structures, turning to the further actions in the reform process.
