Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration MSc Marko Bulatovć met today with the Mayor of Municipality of Bar Dušan Raičević and the Head of Regional Unit of the Real Estate Administration of Bar Mrđan Kovačević, with whom he discussed current issues that are under the jurisdiction of the Real Estate Administration of Montenegro and which are important for implementation of investment projects in the Municipality of Bar.

The Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration emphasized that cooperation with the Municipality of Bar is effective and that in the coming period it shall be significantly improved, contributing to the strengthening of relations with the Municipality of Bar, which with its professional approach is an example of good practice and commitment to its citizens.

The Mayor of the Municipality of Bar emphasized that the importance of effective cooperation with the Real Estate Administration is very important, regarding that this year is a year of record capital investments, including traffic infrastructure, where they expect the start of the reconstruction of the regional road R-29 towards Kamenički Most, where the Municipality of Bar is financing the expropriation costs from its own budget, as well as the regional road R-28 where the local government finances the development of the main project.

Marko Bulatović stated that they had a meaningful meeting in which the Mayor of the Municipality of Bar Dušan Raičević informed him about other important projects that are of great importance for the Municipality of Bar, such as the project on Maljevik, emphasizing the importance of high-quality and efficient cooperation and mutual commitment.
