On March 19, 2024 the ambassador of Slovenia, Bernarda Gradišnik, together with her associates, met the acting director of the Real Estate Administration, MSc Marko Bulatović.

Ambassador Gradišnik especially thanked the acting director of the Real Estate Administration Marko Bulatović MSc for his reception and fast response to important questions that are within his jurisdiction.

"Cooperation with the director represents a bright spot in the work of institutions in Montenegro, marked by efficiency and professionalism. I hereby express my willingness to provide support to Montenegro in all areas," said Slovenian ambassador Bernarda Gradišnik.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Slovenian company Petrol Crna Gora, which is owned by the largest Slovenian oil trading company and one of the leading energy groups in the region, which has been successfully operating on the territory of Montenegro since 2009.

"Investors from Slovenia are recognized as important partners for investment in Montenegro due to their business expertise and experience for mutual benefit through the creation of new business opportunities and the exchange of knowledge and thus the stimulation of economic activity. The joint work of investors from Slovenia and Montenegro can contribute to development of our countries," said acting director of the Real Estate Administration Marko Bulatović, MSc.
