Meeting with the representatives of the Chamber of Notaries of Montenegro
Marko Bulatović MSc, Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration, met yesterday, on March 20, with the representatives of the Chamber of Notaries of Montenegro. Representatives of the Information System Sector of the Real Estate Administration were present.
"It is crucial to establish clear guidelines and procedures for cooperation between notaries and regional units of the Real Estate Administration in Montenegro. Regular communication, information sharing and harmonization of processes shall significantly improve the efficiency of cooperation between these two institutions." pointed out the acting director of the Real Estate Administration, Marko Bulatović, MSc.
"Organizing seminars, trainings and workshops with the representatives of both institutions can help in better understanding of roles and responsibilities, as well as better cooperation and efficiency in work," said the representatives of the Chamber of Notaries of Montenegro.
It is important to note that the electronic download of documents by notaries speeds up the process of authentication and processing of documents, provides a higher level of security and data protection, reduces the risk of loss or damage to documents, reduces costs for notaries and parties, including the costs of delivery and storage of paper documents, and all this together implies a modernized work process of the notaries and improvement of the user experience.
