More than 5.500 pending cases in the regional unit of Tivat

The Real Estate Administration, under the leadership of Acting Director MSc Marko Bulatović, performed an analysis of the efficiency of work in the branch office of Tivat.

"About 5,500 pending cases were found, and we are determined to solve these cases in the shortest possible time. It is a well-known fact that this institution has a long standing personnel problems, but with good organization and the same number of employees, the number of pending cases is already reduced, and we hope that with good organization and help from other branch offices, we will achieve the planned. It is important to mention that the cooperation with the representatives of the local self government of the Municipality of Tivat has already been achieved, so, in the coming period, according to personnel capacities, priority will be given to expropriation procedures in favor of the Municipality, as well as the intensification of cooperation with Lustica Bay and Porto Montenegro companies, as strategically important investors from this area." said the acting director of the Real Estate Administration, MSc Marko Bulatović.
