Participation of representatives of the Real Estate Administration at the 16th Regional Conference on Cadastre and Spatial Data Infrastructure

The Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration, Marko Bulatović MSc, at the invitation of the Director of the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Property Legal Affairs of the Republic of Srpska Dragan Stanković MSc, attended with his colleagues the Regional Conference on Cadastre and Spatial Data Infrastructure, which was held on June 25 and 26, 2024.

The Director of the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Property Legal Affairs of the Republic of Srpska Dragan Stanković MSc, opened the 16th Regional Conference on Cadastre and Geospatial Data Infrastructure, which gathered over 100 participants from the countries of the region, Europe and the world, during which the participants had the opportunity to be introduced to the achievements of administrations in the region and in Europe as well.

"Professional meetings such as this conference are an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience, and I expect that we will reach high-quality conclusions on which administrations from the region shall work in the coming period," said the director of the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Property Law affairs of the Republic of Srpska Dragan Stanković, MSc.

The conference topics were divided into three areas: geospatial data infrastructure, cadastre and geodetic infrastructure, and real estate market and sustainable development.

"The next Regional Conference on Spatial Data Infrastructure will be held in Montenegro, and I am sure that as the hosts, we will organize the conference so that it will be an extraordinary opportunity for further exchange of knowledge and experience. Such events are monitored by experts from the field of geodesy, geoinformatics and related disciplines, which will contribute to a better understanding and application of spatial data in various sectors, all through a discussion of the latest technologies, trends and areas of application of spatial data," said the acting director of the Real Estate Administration.
