The municipality of Gusinje praised the successful cooperation with the Real Estate Administration

The Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration, Marko Bulatović MSc with colleagues attended the meeting with the Mayor of the Municipality of Gusinje Sanel Balić.

Mayor of the Municipality of Gusinje Sanel Balić praised the successful cooperation and professional relationship with the officials of the Real Estate Administration and Gusinje Regional Office. The meeting discussed the continuation of cooperation between the municipality of Gusinje and the Real Estate Administration regarding the implementation of capital projects, i.e. expropriation for the needs of the road Gusinje - Dolja as well as expropriation for the dam on Grnčar river.

"It is very important to continue cooperation with the Commission for the presentation of Dolja  and to continue the presentation for Grnčar cadastral municipality and Kruševo II cadastral municipality ," said the president of the municipality, Sanel Balić.

"The Real Estate Administration is available for support in solving all problems that are within our jurisdiction, and you can count on our help in all the mentioned issues," said the Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration, Marko Bulatović MSc.

The meeting also discussed cooperation in the process of planning and legalization of facilities, problems with the DUP and the resolution of joint disputes, as well as the employment of young staff in Gusinje Regional Office.

The meeting was also attended by Velizar Femić from the Real Estate Administration, the head of Gusinje Regional Office Semih Nikočević and the Secretary for Urbanism and Spatial Planning of the Municipality of Gusinje Irfan Dervišević.
