Training for employees in the archives of the Real Estate Administration

On March 15, 2024 at 09:00 a.m., the training was held for employees in the archives, which was aimed at detailed familiarization with internal procedures and continuous training.

The training, which was attended by over 60 employees in the archives of all the branch offices of the Real Estate Administration from the territory of Montenegro, was successfully implemented, providing employees with a deeper understanding of internal procedures related to the receipt, processing, storage and archiving of documents. Through this training, our employees have improved their knowledge of the proper handling of documents in order to ensure their safety, integrity and availability in accordance with regulations and standards.

The training covered key topics, including:

- Document Receipt Procedure: A detailed overview of the steps required when receiving documents, including authentication, classification and proper labeling.

- Processing and archiving: Methodology for processing received documents, their proper archiving in order to ensure access and searching in the future.

- Data security: Understanding the importance of document security, as well as rules for protecting private and sensitive information.

- Continuous training: Plans for continuous training of employees in order to ensure that they are familiar with the latest procedures and technologies.

"We believe that this training will contribute to improving the efficiency and reliability of our work, which will result in improved services for our users," said MSc Marko Bulatović, Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration.
