The Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly (ARLEM) intends to grant an award to a young entrepreneur recognising his/her contribution to local economic development.

Entrepreneurs up to 35 years-old from the following countries are encouraged to apply:

• Albania
• Algeria
• Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Egypt
• Israel
• Jordan
• Lebanon
• Libya
• Mauritania
• Monaco
• Montenegro
• Morocco
• Palestine*
• Tunisia

Deadline for submissions is 30 November 2018. godine

The winner of the award will be announced at an ARLEM meeting to be held in Seville on 26-27 February 2019.

* This designation shall not be construed as recognition of a State of Palestine and is without prejudice to the individual position of the Member States on this issue.
