AMENDMENTS TO PUBLIC INVITATION for participation in public tender (hereinafter Tender) for the sale of 87,6358% share capital expressed through 2.927.137 shares of company AD MONTECARGO Podgorica

Pursuant to the Instructions for participation in public tender (hereinafter Tender) for the sale of 87,6358% share capital expressed through 2.927.137 (two million nine hundred twenty seven thousand one hundred and thirty seven) shares of the Company, Tender Commission hereby informs interested entities about following amendments to the public invitation published on October 21, 2009 in daily Pobjeda and international press, as well as shown on the website of the Privatization Council (hereinafter: Public Invitation):
Confidentiality Statement and payment for the Tender Documentation must have arrived to the Commission with copy to the Advisor (confidentiality statement and payment notification) no later than March 29, 2010.
