Abazović congratulates Greece on Independence Day

On the occasion of 25 March, the Greek Independence Day, Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro Dritan Abazović sent a letter of congratulations to President of Greece Katerina Sakellaropoulou, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Speaker of the Hellenic Parliament Konstantinos Tasoulas and the Greek Embassy in Montenegro.

"I send you my most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the Greek Independence Day," said Deputy Prime Minister Abazović.

On this special day, I take this opportunity to wish the Greek people to achieve their goals, health, peace and prosperity.

"I sincerely believe that our 140-year-long diplomatic and successful cooperation is based on the heritage of common values, trust and mutual respect," said DPM Abazović.

Abazović also wished for continued friendly and good cooperation between the Hellenic Republic and Montenegro, as well as a successful fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Please accept the expression of my highest respect and cordial greetings," the Deputy Prime Ministerʹs letter reads.
