President of the World Economic Forum Børge Brende, President of North Macedonia Stevo Pendarovski, President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković, Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama, Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti, Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Borjana Krišto, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia Tanja Fajon, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Austria Alexander Schallenberg, Minister of European Affairs of the Czech Republic Mikuláš Bek, member of the Swiss Federal Council Ignacio Kasis, representative of the Ministry of Defense of France Bernard Émié, EU Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue and other Western Balkan regional issues Miroslav Lajčak, President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Odile Renaud-Basso are also attending the meeting.
