Adis Pepić

General Secretary

Adis Pepić was born in Rožaje in 1987. He graduated with a degree in law. His career began in local non-governmental organizations, after which he worked as an editor for the monthly magazine "Bošnjačke novine" from 2011 to 2014.

Since 2014, he was the Secretary of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly, holding this position until 2017. Following this, he continued his career at the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs, where he served as the General Secretary for four years. From 2022 to 2024, he was the Secretary of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.

He participated in the work of several working groups, commissions, and committees, including those for Chapter 14 - Transport Policy, Chapter 19 - Social Policy and Employment, Chapter 21 - Trans-European Networks, and Chapter 28 - Consumer and Health Protection.

Between 2019 and 2020, he coordinated the implementation of IPA projects: ECOWAVES (Enhancing Cooperation in Waste Management from Vessels in Adrion Ports) and MED Osmosis.

During his career, he was the deputy chairman of the National Committee for Airspace Management and a member of several commissions and working bodies, including:

- The tender commission for the privatization of state property;

- The examination commission for the professional exam in the field of social and child protection under the subject of Labour Law;

- The commission for the implementation of the Regional Housing Program;

- The commission for the pension and disability insurance system;

- The working group monitoring the implementation of the Strategy for Protection of Persons with Disabilities from Discrimination and Promoting Equality.

He has advanced his skills through academies and seminars in the fields of diplomacy, international relations, European integration, security, leadership, human and minority rights, and has participated in numerous conferences on these topics both domestically and abroad.
