Adrijan Vuksanović was born on 21 November 1980 in Kotor.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica.
He worked as a journalist. After completing his studies, he gained work experience at the Montenegrin Electric Enterprise (EPCG). He was also a teacher at the High School of Electrical Engineering.
From 2016 to 2020, he was a member of the Parliament of Montenegro. He was the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on European Integration for two years (2016 - 2018), and later the Deputy Chairman. He was a member of the EU-Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee, as well as the Administrative Committee and the Committee for Constitutional Affairs. He was also the Head of the MP Group of Minority Parties in the Parliament of Montenegro in 2020.
He was twice elected as an alderman in the Tivat Municipal Assembly.
Adrijan Vuksanović has been the President of the Croatian Civic Initiative since 27 July 2019. He has been a member of the Committee on Croats outside the Republic of Croatia, established by the Government of the Republic of Croatia, and a member of the Croatian National Council since 2013.
He is one of the founders and Vice President of the Montenegrin Pan-European Union.
He is a member of Matica Hrvatska, as well as the Montenegrin Association of Independent Writers. He is the author of the poetry collection "Two thirds". His songs were translated into Albanian and Turkish.
