This was announced by Minister of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media Tamara Srzentić, who met with Sherif Sadaawi, Director of Global Partnerships at Plug and Play, the world's largest innovative platform, a technology accelerator that connects startups and potential investors.
Srzentić emphasised that the Government, in cooperation with numerous partners around the world, is continuously improving the business environment in Montenegro in order to attract more foreign investment, adding that strengthening the ICT sector, starting startups, empowering women entrepreneurs, particularly vulnerable groups, is of strategic importance.
One of the models we want to implement is a platform that will enable the presentation of IT companies from Montenegro to American investors and corporations, sharing practices and mentoring with American companies, as well as establishing close cooperation between organisations of these two countries, Srzentić said.
