Decision on dissolution of the Municipal Assembly of Šavnik withdrawn from publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro

Taking into account that the Municipal Assembly of Šavnik adopted a decision on 28 March to shorten its term of office, effective immediately upon adoption, the Secretariat General of the Government has informed the Ministry of Public Administration, as the proposer of the said decision, of its withdrawal from the publication procedure in the Official Gazette.

This decision, adopted at the 23rd Cabinet session, was withdrawn to avoid the publication of two legal acts regulating the same issue in different ways.

It is important to note that the Government's decision was intended to come into force upon publication in the "Official Gazette of Montenegro."
