Gjeloshaj: Encouraged by the growing interest of American investors in Montenegro

Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy and Minister of Economic Development Nik Gjeloshaj met with the business community in Washington after signing a Memorandum of Economic Cooperation. He expressed his pleasure at the increased interest from investors in investing in Montenegro and emphasised that our country is open to all American investors.

All ministers contributed to presenting the opportunities and needs of Montenegro. We sent a clear message that our country is open for investment. They understood that Montenegro is a progressive nation moving toward European Union membership and that we are diligently working to combat crime and corruption, making every effort to create a favourable business environment for investments and new ventures. We are pleased with the expressed interest from the American business community in investing in Montenegro, stated Deputy Prime Minister Gjeloshaj, who is leading the Montenegrin delegation at the Economic Dialogue in Washington.
