Born in 1985 in Bar, where she completed elementary school and high school as a holder of the diploma "Luča" and the best student of the generation.
She completed her Bachelor studies in Diplomacy, Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Montenegro in Podgorica with an average grade of 9.91 (A), while she completed the Master studies at the Department of International Relations, Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Rome 'La Sapienza' with the highest grade „summa cum laude“.
Public policy expert in the field of research, innovation and technological development with more than 10 years of experience in public administration. Leader of several multidisciplinary teams as a head of departments in the Ministry of Science and the Ministry of Economic Development with international experience.
She began her work experience in 2010 as a volunteer at the Embassy of Montenegro to the Holy See and Sovereign Military Order of Malta (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro), after which she started working in the Ministry of Science of Montenegro, where she covered positions from intern and senior adviser to head of departments, working on national, international and EU scientific, research and innovation programmes. From December 2020 engaged in the Ministry of Economic Development of Montenegro as Head of the Department for Innovation and Technological Development. She led the teams for drafting several strategic documents, where she were also the author, prepared and participated in the negotiations for Chapters 25 (Research and Innovation) and 20 (Entrepreneurship and Industrial Policy) and was an active participant in the negotiating teams with the European Commission for EU Programmes. Experienced public speaker.
Nominated as the Acting General Director for Digital Economy and Technological Development on 15 October 2021.
Fluent in English and Italian and good in German.
Married and mother of three children.
