Meeting with the Mayor of Kotor Municipality, Vladimir Jokić

On April 10, 2024. Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration Marko Bulatović Msc. met with Mayor of the Municipality of Kotor Vladimir Jokić.

The Mayor of the Municipality of Kotor emphasized the importance of cooperation between the Real Estate Administration and the Municipality of Kotor, which includes coordination in planning and legalization processes, as well as in resolving common problems or problematic situations related to real estate.

"Kotor Municipality, as part of the wider social system, has a very important role in promoting the cultural identity and tradition of Montenegro. This meeting represents the beginning of activities to strengthen the cooperation between the Real Estate Administration and the Municipality of Kotor, which includes delivering of accurate and up to date data on real estate, ownership and plots on the territory of the Municipality of Kotor. These data are of essential importance for infrastructure planning, urban development projects and decision making on land-property issues," said Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration Marko Bulatović MSc.

Secretary of the Secretariat for Property Legal Affairs Nebojša Mnadić, Head of the regional unit of Tivat - Marko Kontić as well as the Head of the regional unit of Kotor -Milko Krvavac were present at the meeting.
