On April 04, 2024 Acting director of the Real Estate Administration Marko Bulatović MSc. met with Olivera Injac PhD., Mayor of Podgorica.

The Mayor of Podgorica expressed her gratitude for the efficiency of the Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration and emphasized the importance of quality cooperation, which is essential for the realization of the capital project of the Capital City "Jugozapadna obilaznica", which includes the construction of a boulevard-type road connecting Cetinje with the Nikšić highway.

"First of all, I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the warm welcome, because I believe that a quality model of cooperation with regular communication contributes to the professional performance of both the Real Estate Administration and the Municipality of Podgorica. The project "Jugozapadna obilaznica" is of great importance not only for the Capital but also for Montenegro, and I hope that we will serve as a good example of cooperation between local governments and state institutions”, said the Acting director of the Real Estate Administration, Marko Bulatović MSc.

The meeting was attended by Milena Milošević, the Real Estate Administration’s independent adviser who has a long working experience, Jelena Milović Radović working as a head of the Mayor's Office and Director of the Property Directorate of the Capital Milica Kadović.
