Minister Borovinić Bojović pays a visit to the largest hospital in Turkey and Europe

During the first day of the official visit to Turkey, Minister of Health Jelena Borovinić Bojović and her associates paid a visit to the Ankara Bilkent City Hospital. It is the largest hospital in Turkey and Europe, and the third largest in the world.

Minister Borovinić Bojović was welcomed by Director of the Hospital for Cardiovascular Diseases Mehmet Ali Özatik and his Deputy Abdulvahap Sahin.

Ankara Bilkent City Hospital has about 3,700 beds, and when it works at full capacity, it can treat more than 30,000 patients. In addition to the Main Hospital, there are seven hospitals: General Hospital, Hospital for Cardiovascular Diseases, Hospital for Neurology and Orthopedics, Children's Hospital, Maternity Hospital, Oncology Hospital, Hospital for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Forensic Psychiatry.

Earlier today, the Minister of Health and her associates were welcomed in Ankara by Ambassador of Montenegro to the Republic of Turkey Periša Kastratović.

The delegation will visit the Turkish Ministry of Health tomorrow, where it will meet with Minister Fahrettin Koca.
