Minister Bratić participates in SEECP Ministerial Forum in Turkey

Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Vesna Bratić participates in the forum of ministers in charge of youth and sports of the member countries of the South East Europe Cooperation Process, which is organised in Istanbul, Turkey.

This is the first ministerial meeting of SEECP member countries of this kind, and is held under the motto "Neighbours SEE Together with Sports". All ministers delivered address, while a welcome speech was given by Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Turkey Mehmet Kasapoğlu, who emphasised the importance of affirmation of sports, solidarity and tolerance. At the same time, Kasapoğlu spoke about the need to intensify cooperation in the field of youth and sports.

Minister Bratić said that the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Montenegro gives support to initiatives of this kind, adding that Montenegro is ready for cooperation in the field of youth and sports.

Furthermore, Minister Bratić noted Montenegro's readiness to cooperate and contribute to SEECP programme.

After the meeting, the ministers signed a Joint Declaration on Cooperation in Southeast Europe.
