The Minister of Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North Vladimir Martinović will lead the delegation of the Government of Montenegro, which will participate in the 28th Conference of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 28) in Dubai from 7 to 11 December 2023.
