At the invitation of the Head of the Secretariat of the WHO FCTC (WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control), Adriana Blanco Marquizo, Minister of Finance Novica Vuković will participate in the third session of Meeting of the Parties (MOP3) to the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products, scheduled from 12 to 15 February 2024 in Panama.
